A great evening view
Down at Port Solent at Portsmouth looking at sailing boats and boat bits.
The natural harbour looks wonderful
The light is fading fast.
A picture is needed
And there it is looking across to the
Norman castle, at Portchester
The tower was built in 1086 on the site of a third century fort.
Great pictures Dave, and familiar to me. Portchester Castle and church is where I was christened, in fact I lived in Portchester from my birth to 6 years old.
